To maintain the highest level of service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: [CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY] We understand that situations may arise leading to a cancelled/rescheduled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide such notice may result in a cancellation/reschedule fee of 50% of your service cost. This fee covers the time reserved for the stylist as well as the impact on scheduling. [NO SHOWS] Clients who miss their appointments without providing any prior communication will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We do understand that circumstances arise that may cause you to miss your appointment without any prior communication. After 2 no-show appointments, clients will be required to prepay for any future appointments.
